Centro Habana, municipality of Havana City, located in the northern part of the city, with a busy commercial life, is famous for the preservation of the colonial architecture from centuries ago. Centro Habana is a city that connects both, the old and the modern city (Old Havana and Vedado). It has also a network of roads that connects almost all the municipalities of Havana City.

The main tourist attraction is based on its magnificent buildings with different architectural styles and the layout of the streets and boulevards, for example El Paseo del Prado (Park Avenue), La Avenida Carlos III (Carlos III avenue), luxurious theaters, Cafés, restaurants and majestic hotels, what permit to the visitors the cultural exchange

We can also find traces of the chinese culture in the Chinese Neirghborhod, a place founded by Chinese peolpe that ran away with their families because of financial reasons last century and decided to settle in Havana. In the Chinese Neirghborhood there are boutiques, souvenirs, excellent restaurants, among other services.

The “Alley of Hamel” is a notable place in this municipality, an area where many cultural activities are made everyday and where many Cuban artists exhibit their creativity.
