Cayo Saetia is located at the entrance of the Bay of Nipe in the eastern province of Holguin, considered the largest game preserve in the country and with a great variety of exotic species.

With an area of 42 km2, the island shows more than half of the territory covered by forests, what become the area in a shelter for a collection of exotic species, white-tailed deer,zebras, ostriches, water buffalo and antelopes.
