Meeting Point Hotels, subsidiary of the German tour operator FTI, will take over this year the management of the former Naviti Bleach Club Varadero, now under the name of Labranda Varadero Resort.
According to experts of the sector, the chain considers the possibility of marketing the old Warwick in Cayo Santa María, which will become the Labranda Cayo Santa María.
The objective of the company is to guarantee an expansion program in the Caribbean, with an emphasis on the Dominican Republic and Mexico, as well as in other regions of the world.
The old Naviti, in Varadero, has 443 rooms, two restaurants, five bars, two swimming pools, eight tennis courts and a spa area.
Meeting Point Hotels has five brands, including Labranda, Design Plus, Karaiba, Clubs Plus Resorts and Lemon and Soul, launched at the end of April.
