As part of the International Tourism Fair in Madrid, Cuban Tourism Minister Manuel Marrero received from the General Manager of BlueBay, Joaquím Janer, an award in recognition of his outstanding work in the tourism sector in Cuba and the major boost for tourism that he has given in the Caribbean island.

BlueBay is a Spanish hotel group with a presence in Varadero, Cuba's main beach destination with three hotels in mode "all inclusive" in combination with Cuban companies: Bellevue Palma Real Salsa Club, first themed hotel decorated and set in Cuban rhythms and gastronomy, an excellent initiative that is gaining more followers, the Bellevue Punta Arena and Bellevue Playa Caleta, focused mainly on water sports through its BeachFun4Life program.
