I was at the resort Apr 11th~18th the last Sunwing trip from Windsor, we had an excellent time. The bar tender Alain was awesome, the chair guy Phillips was very polite and always waiting to help with chairs. We ran out of water but the front desk had no problem finding us some. Johnny from the entertainment group was so fun and made us all feel special. My only complaint was the flies but the day we left I could see that the resort was spraying for the bugs, so they are trying to get a handle on them. Thank you so much for making my Chiba trip fantastic,,I will be back!!
