The building, which belonged to the family of Don Pedro Regalado Pedroso y Zayas, "Commander of the Order of Isabel la Católica", during the 19th century, was built in the 17th and 19th centuries and underwent many changes until 1864, when the mezzanine added and adopted the aspect that it presents at present.
